What is NAD+?
What is NAD+?
NAD stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It is a natural coenzyme of Vitamin B3 (Niacin) that is present in every cell of your body. NAD+ is involved in many roles throughout the body including energy production (ATP), DNA repair, Gene expression, Cell signaling, Neurotransmission, and Enzyme activity.
Why get an NAD+ IV?
Research has shown that NAD+ significantly decreases as we age, so it is beneficial to replenish NAD+ levels so your body can function at optimal levels. By receiving NAD+ intravenously the nutrients bypass the digestive system and go straight into the bloodstream which yields higher rates of absorption.
What can I expect during an infusion?
NAD+ is administered through an IV. Clients may experience minimal side effects during infusion such as flushing, mild nausea, muscle stiffness or cramps, and/or a slight headache. The infusion is administered slowly to reduce the side effects.
How can NAD+ benefit you?
Improve cognitive function
Boost energy and depressed moods
Improve athletic performance and recovery
Reverse signs of aging
Improve sleep cycle
At higher doses NAD+ can slow the progression of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s disease
What's The Cost?
